Where is my parcel?

As soon as the parcel has picked up by the delivery company at our warehouse you will get an automatic shipping notification via email. 

It contains, considering the method of shipment,

  • a 12-digit tracking number which you can use to track your parcel on this DHL site: DHL tracking
  • a 12-digit tracking number which you can use to track your parcel on this FedEx site: FedEx tracking
You can also check the status of your order via your order history in our EU store. It also provides the tracking link when available.
If nobody is present during the delivery it might happen that the parcel will be stored for pick up at a branch of the local parcel service.
Should there be anything else going wrong with the shipment please contact us and we will try to fix it (your order number might come in handy here).
