There is a mistake in my address.

You just noticed that your address has a mistake or typo? 

As long as the parcel has not been shipped we may be able to change the address for you. There is approximately a one hour window after placing the order that this is a possibility. 

If you noticed the error in the automatic shipping notification the parcel is already on its way to you and we can not change the address.


If the order is undeliverable then it will likely be sent back to us.


When a package is returned to us as undeliverable. We will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact iFixit Support.
