The VAT-ID is not being recognized.

The VAT-ID is verified live by contacting the VIES servers which are only available during 5:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Please make sure that the company information data is entered in the online form exactly as it has been registered.

Use your company name (including company type if mentioned), VAT-ID and city as listed on that page.

If your company name or city has non-Latin characters please replace them with their Latin equivalents. If you are unsure about the characters (for example it can be difficult to transfer Greek to Latin characters) try online translation services.
