How do I cancel my order?

You ordered a wrong article or realized you don’t need it anyway and would like to cancel your order? 

As long as the order has not been dispatched yet and is still in process we might be able to cancel it for you. This should be possible if the order has been placed within an hour of reaching out to us.

Please send us a message right away with your order number and we will check if it can be canceled and get back to you as soon as possible.
