PRO Shipping policy
1. Free standard shipping within the EU
We offer free shipping for orders with a value of 65€ or more to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain (Mainland), Belgium.
2. Payment
We currently accept payments via credit card and Paypal (express and standard). In addition, customers from Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain can use the Klarna payment method.
3. Countries
At the moment we are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland.
For orders to the UK, please use the UK Store.
4. Shipping
We normally ship your order within 24 hours. However, there are some exceptions, please note we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and there will be delays due to the holidays. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.
5. Shipping of batteries
According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.

FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact iFixit support.
8. Returns
You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
