We want you to be happy with your purchase from iFixit! Please contact our support department for an RMA number before sending anything back to us.

Right of withdrawal

You, as a consumer,  have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the purchased item(s) (date of delivery), without explanation and without incurring any additional charges.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal immediately. Please contacts us to submit this form or general withdrawal request.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal, you must communicate your decision before the 14-day period expires. 

Withdrawal details

If you choose to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, iFixit will refund all payments received from you, delivery costs included,  with the exception of any additional costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option.

iFixit will refund you all payments received within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return. 

You will not incur any fees for the refund. You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods. However, you are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If the order has shipped we will require the order to be returned to us before the funds are released (unless other arrangements are made). 

When sending back the goods they will need to be sent back within 14 days from contacting us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
