What are your payment options?


Please find information on all of our payment options below. If you do not see a specific payment option on your checkout page then it is unavailable in your country. If you have any additional questions please contact us. 

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept credit/debit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, your statement will show a charge from 'IFIXIT GmbH'. When using your credit card, you will be billed in Euros unless you are ordering from the UK storefront in which case you will be billed in Pounds. 

PayPal (express and standard)

We accept PayPal, and you can sign up for an account here.

To ensure security and quick service, we may require shipping an order to an address that is eligible for  PayPal Seller Protection. Please ensure that the address provided to PayPal matches the shipping address that was provided to iFixit. If there is a mismatch, then the order may be delayed until additional verification can be provided. 

Apple Pay

Mollie

Klarna

Klarna is only available to customers in Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK

Payment in advance

Bank transfers only Currently, payments in advance via bank transfer are only possible from the Euro area. When you place an order with this method you will receive an email with the payment instructions.

This payment method is not available for orders from the following countries: United Kingdom

Sofort

The bank transfer method via Shopify Payments

Once you select Sofort as your payment method, you will be prompted to log in to your account and use a two-factor authorization code to confirm the payment.
The payment will be authorized immediately, but the payment status may be displayed as "Payment Pending" for up to 14 days. The actual transfer will be initiated from your bank account once the authorization has been completed.
The processing time is usually 2 to 14 days, whereby we "usually" receive the money after 3 working days.
Please note: that the payment status will only change to "Paid" once we have successfully received the money.
